The New Recruitment Assistant Version 3.2 has been designed with the future of the Internet in mind.

Over the past year the Internet has really taken off in all senses of the word. NEW RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT 3.2

The Recruitment Assistant is a database application written in Microsoft Access 97 and allows for the recording and administration of both Candidates and Clients within a Recruitment Agency environment. The database is provided in two parts, the first is a section that holds the actual data in Microsoft Access 97 tables, and the second part is the application itself.

By keeping the data and application separate this means that data backups are simpler and that upgrades and revisions to the application do not impact on data already held. Security of the application can be managed centrally and falls within the normal administration process. Importing data from or to other Microsoft Applications is made easy by having developed the application solely within the Office 97 environment, one of the family so to speak. Using powerful data searches, candidates can be speedily matched to vacancies by means of key words or criteria, a major time saving on paper based searches. If your computer has a modem attached, the application can even dial calls for you, and if you have an Internet connection, you can send emails direct from the candidate or clients details.

On the network version, specialised functions can be provided to allow for tailored views throughout your organisation. Need to keep a record of calls, or contact history, the database keeps the information and allows you to produces a variable period report. Photograph, Curriculum Vitae, or other correspondence either scanned in or produced electronically, can be stored so that they are instantly accessible without having to go back to paper copies. In all a very functional application but there is more, the new version was released in December 1999 and is now available from BBS Ltd, and for a time limited period we have a special offer for those ordering prior to March 2000. Version 3.2 has been developed with even more search facilities, and more detailed vacancy recording plus a tab interface to enhance performance by having more information to hand, ideal for answering phone calls without delay.
